Wellbell – An App Design

Background

In 2023, WellBell was developed to address common challenges faced by patients during doctor visits, such as forgetfulness, manual form hassles, and accessibility issues. My role as a UX/UI Designer was to create a user-centric app to streamline check-ins and initial health screenings.

A brief Case study

High-fidelity design

Process and Solution

I conducted extensive user research through interviews and surveys, revealing key pain points: the need for intuitive scheduling, simplifying form completion, and streamlining the check-in process. I developed wireframes and prototypes, conducted usability testing, and created high-fidelity designs. Accessibility features such as voice typing, clear icons, and large text were integrated to ensure usability for visually impaired users.

impact

The app received positive feedback for its ease of use and accessibility, with users highlighting its effectiveness in making scheduling and check-ins stress-free. This project underscored the importance of thorough user research and iterative design, emphasizing the need for accessibility to create inclusive solutions

WellBell’s user-friendly interface and accessibility features are highlighted in digital mockups for mobile and tablet screens. High-fidelity prototypes showcase streamlined check-ins, simplified forms, and clear reminders, emphasizing the app’s commitment to enhancing patient experiences and accessibility for all users.
