Problem and Goals

The challenge was to design covers and layouts that attract young readers and enhance the storytelling experience. The goal was to create visually stunning, child-friendly designs that resonate with the narrative and engage the audience.

Process and Solution

I begin with an initial consultation to understand the client’s vision, target audience, and storyline. Concept development involves creating initial sketches and multiple design options. Detailed illustrations and layouts are then crafted, followed by thorough reviews and refinements based on client feedback. High-resolution files suitable for print and digital publication are delivered, ensuring all elements meet publication standards.

For “The Poor Scarecrow” and “The Nighttime Friends,” I designed vibrant covers and whimsical interior layouts, incorporating playful typography and engaging visual elements. “Big Brother Copycat” featured a dreamy color palette and key story elements to attract young readers.
